Why stop there, why don't you kill them! Seriously, I'm not a smoker but this idea sounds extreme, give 'em a break for once.

I smoked for 7 years and quit 7 years ago. I can understand the arguments for and against smoking but this might me a bit to extreme. I believe that smokers should have the chance to get their fix but only, if they are not bothering/harming others by doing so. Take NYC for an example. Smokers have to keep 10 feet distance to building entrances, bust stops etc. I think that this would be a more reasonable approach to solve this problem!

Totally agree. I hate those guys smoking outside King's X contributing for a lung cancer.
