Bring back 'The knowledge'... London seriously needs a vetting process for taxi drivers. PLEASE. There are too many random mini cab firms with drivers who don't know the roads at all! Tourists are exploited financially because they don't know their way and Locals are frustrated because the driver gets lost/can't read their sat nav/doesn't have a CLUE!
