Create shop spaces that you can rent for a week like they do in Tokyo. Start up boutiques can then test their goods on real shoppers for just a week at a time and not commit long term rent

I'm happy to tell you that London is full of pop-up shops possibilities, from Oxford Street to Brick Lane area. Just have a look around and you'll find sings and advs, or up and running pop-up adventures to which you can ask for more infos. Let us know then, we'll pop up as customers!

This is a great idea and certainly needs to be done in a more prominent way in London. I have also been to Tokyo and love the way they use their creativity to come up with exciting ways of using space.
