Make more resources available in primary schools so each child gets one to one reading time more than once a week.

I believe this will help London enormously, as a major challenge to primary education in London is the diversity of the first language of pupils, so immersing all children in the English language and the culture it is derived from and increasing one to one tuition for all pupils is likely to focus scant school resources on a critical skill and create a more cohesive London.
