More porches-like structures, maybe pop-up porches, covering the pavements of the most crowded streets. This would allow people to enjoy the city in the open even when it rains. It's a fairly common thing in cities like Bologna, and with the amount of rain constantly pouring over London this would probably help enjoying the city more
