Open library-style book kiosks/ book swap system in Tube stations so Londoners are never without reading material on the underground!

Co-Create London is a new social initiative giving everyone the chance to change their city.
The project will work in three stages:

That exists already. It's called bookcrossing (www.bookcrossing.com).

well not seen kiosks in tube stations... are there bookcrossing kiosks anywhere?

Bookcrossing.com is a great idea - but how about 'formalising' it a bit and adapting it to Tube/ Rail stations...

This would be nice. And it could double up as a distribution point for small independent magazines etc. who can't get stocked in newsagents.
