What Would You Do To Make London A Better Place?
There tends to be a lot of traffic disruption within the city so perhaps regular BBC London travel news announcements of such problems to be aired on the underground platforms and on the tube. This would be done through live playing on tubes and platforms but also on the screens that are used to display destination times and stops. Announcements played/screened at regular intervals between destination information.

Increase the number of accessable stations for those with physical disabilities in the london network. Currently a person in a wheelchair can do very little to get from one side of London to the other on public transport! (THE DISABILITY DESCRIMINATION ACT) Whatever happened to reasonable adjustments...?!

in every tube carriage a plant or flower pot to make it more cosy
