Increased use of Ubiquitous computing (human computer interaction in objects – HCI) in London, e.g. having touch screen monitors in popular areas of the city for locals and tourists to check out events, news, maps, bus and train timetables and any other information people may want to see on a day-to-day basis.

Talk London - One of the crap things about London is that no one talks to one another. Talk London is a day or a movement to encourage Londoners to say hi to their paper vendor, chat to the person who serves their lunch and speak to a colleague they've never spoken to.

Centralise authorisation for road works in London. At present, there are something like over 100 different companies that can action road works in London, which creates the crazy situation in Jan/Feb where you pretty much can't get anywhere quickly.
