Bike sharing points: pick up your bike outside a tube station and leave to another tube close to your home / job place. Pay a small tariff per day (£0,10) and a penalty if you don't leave the bike in the next following two hours. This will reduce pollution, offer chance to keep fit, and have less confusion into underground or on the bus.

Have a monthly billing system for oyster card users so there is no need to top-up or pay as you go. Just pay for what you have used at the end of the month.

BAN AND FINE PEOPLE WHO SPIT ON THE STREET. IT'S DISGUSTING AND PROBABLY CONTRIBUTES TO THE SPREAD OF FLU ETC.

More youth groups and clubs for teenagers, as there are many for those of a young age but not alot for the older ages. Somewhere to go and be able to work on something constructive like music,arts and crafts, drama and sports would take people off of the streets and allow people with talent to progress.

Local council programmes providing free pooper-scoopers to dog owners. Rubbish bins in residential streets for disposal. And fines for owners who let their dogs shit all over the pavement.

More tram lines and cycle lanes to reduce pollution and the number of cars on the road. Roads such as Oxford Street should be tram and cycle only.

Take me to the river. The river is the heart of London so to change it and make people appreciate it how about we get everyone to photograph the Thames - almost from source to the sea - on their mobiles, upload it to the hub website and build the ultimate picture of the Thames on a certain day.

Create an elevated Mono-rail network that looks super futuristic(Dan dare etal) that connects the 'burbs to the centre of the city - it would be a tourist attraction and a great way to get around!
